East Haven Limited is a UK business advisory consultancy incorporated in March 2019. We support business owners and family-office clients with operational coordination, commercial projects and the administration of business and property interests.
Our work brings together internal teams, suppliers and professional advisers. Engagements can cover a defined project or ongoing support, with the scope and responsibilities agreed at the outset.

Mohammed brings more than 25 years of multidisciplinary business experience, combining commercial acumen with hands-on operational management. His background spans multidisciplinary markets, combining commercial development, financial restructuring and the coordination of complex operations.
This breadth of experience developed into leadership roles within a private family office and associated corporate entities. Responsibilities grew from managing a central London business to coordinating a wider commercial portfolio.
The remit subsequently extended into property development across a range of corporate entities. This included residential and commercial property administration, lettings, acquisition and refinancing coordination, and collaboration with planning and development teams.
This cross-sector background informs a practical approach: understand the priorities, organise the information, agree responsibilities and follow through with the people involved.

Communication, leadership and emerging technology.
Mohammed combines public-speaking and communication expertise with experience in leadership, mentoring and event facilitation. He brings clarity to complex discussions, helping people understand priorities, communicate confidently and work towards shared objectives.
His knowledge of blockchain technology and its business applications is supported by professional education through MIT’s Blockchain: Disruptive Technology programme. This complements his commercial experience with an informed perspective on emerging technology and business change.
His career experience includes roles held before East Haven’s incorporation. East Haven’s services draw on that experience, with specialist professional advice provided by appropriately appointed advisers.
